The focus for our youngest players is on developing technical abilities, engaging in 1v1 exercises, and enhancing performance in the 7v7 format. Players gain exposure to all positions, participate in small-sided games, and benefit from video analysis and free play opportunities.

Session Structure
Each session lasts 90 minutes:
Warm-Up (10 minutes): Kick-start the session with energetic and enjoyable activities, such as tag games, that also serve the purpose of getting the body ready for the workout ahead.
Fundamental Ball Skills (30 minutes): Carry out drills designed to enhance comfortability with the ball, including dribbling around obstacles and partner passing exercises. Make use of rebounders to cultivate precise passing abilities.
Development of Motor Skills (30 minutes): Initiate foundational agility, balance, and coordination exercises, incorporating activities such as ladder drills and jump-based exercises.
Mini-Games (15 minutes): Engage in easy, small-scale games such as 3v3 with compact goals, promoting a fun environment and active participation.
Cool Down (5 minutes): Conclude with gentle stretches and a group discussion, reflecting on the day’s lessons.
