Development of Essential Skills and Introduction to Tactics

SESSION STRUCTURE

Each session lasts 90 – 120 minutes:

  • Warm-Up (10 minutes): Initiate the session with engaging warm-up activities that incorporate moving with the ball, making the warm-up fun and purposeful.
  • Skill Enhancement (30 minutes): This phase of the session will involve practicing key skills like dribbling, passing, and introductory shooting techniques. Additionally, this segment will introduce the basic principles of defending.
  • Tactical Introduction (15 minutes): During this part of the session, players will learn vital tactical concepts like distribution across the field and progressing the ball up-field as a cohesive unit.
  • Mini-Games (25 minutes): Introduce small-team games such as 4v4 or 5v5. These games encourage the practical application of the skills and tactics learned during the session, offering a realistic and engaging context.
  • Cool Down (10 minutes): Wind down the session with gentle stretching exercises and a group discussion, reviewing the day’s key learning points.

Twice a week / 90 mins each practice = $300/Monthly

Our coach, with professional soccer playing experience, will be demonstrating the skills throughout these sessions. The training plan is designed in alignment with the methodologies practiced by premier European soccer academies, offering the player an opportunity to learn advanced soccer strategies and skills.
