Our program is designed for children aged U8 to U10, offering them a robust 90-minute session to develop core soccer skills. Beginning with lively warm-up activities, the sessions are planned to be enjoyable while prepping the body for the upcoming drills. Subsequently, kids dive into exercises aimed at improving their fundamental ball skills, such as dribbling and passing, with a focus on enhancing precision through the use of rebounders. Following this, motor skills are targeted, with activities that work on agility, balance, and coordination, preparing them for better field performance. The learning experience is further enriched with mini-games where children can apply their newfound skills in a playful yet productive manner. The session concludes with a gentle cool-down phase accompanied by a group discussion to reflect on the key learnings of the day.
